Since its establishment in 1987, the Eurosensors series of conferences are the only European forum to cover the entire field of Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems. The Eurosensors conference provides an excellent opportunity to bring together European scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and companies to present and discuss the latest results in the general field of solid-state sensors, actuators, microsystems and nanosystems. The conference goals are to stimulate interaction and knowledge exchange between the delegates in a friendly atmosphere.

The 25th Anniversary of EUROSENSORS will be celebrated in Athens, the capital of Greece from 4th of September until 7th of September 2011.

Eurosensors attracts more than 400 participants every year, mainly from Europe but also from abroad. Eurosensors asks for contributions describing the latest results on solid state based sensors, actuators, micro and nanosystems as well as the emerging and related technologies and application areas.
The EUROSENSORS XXV conference invites contributions in subjects including, but not restricted to:

There will be invited and keynote speakers giving expert reviews on the state of the art and presenting exciting highlights on the latest trends. Authors will be given the opportunity to present their work and highlight their recent advances and breakthroughs during both oral presentations and poster sessions. Ample time will be available during the poster sessions for discussions of new ideas and results. Moreover, the Eurosensors conference offers the opportunity for stimulating discussion and brainstorming sessions to take place. Parallel to the technical program there will be an exhibition by vendors of products and services relevant to the field of Microsystem Technologies.

As a Satellite Event, EUROSENSORS School will take place addressing selected topics on fundamental sensor science technologies combined with discussion on recent developments and potential applications.
