The International Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology Society is organising its 14th Congress in Athens, Greece, during 11-14 December, 2011.
More than 300 distinguished specialists in our field will make up the faculty of the conference. We hope that thousands of participants will meet in the historic city of Athens.
Our Society has a tradition of organising successful congresses. Especially in recent years, it has been recognised more and more that this global scientific body can and should play a more energetic federal role, bringing closer together the people and societies that are active in our area of knowledge.
This joining of forces is essential if we are to develop and implement, at a more international level, the projects needed in the battle to improve the quality of life of patients with arrhythmias and to limit the incidence of sudden cardiac death.
In the bustling city of Athens, the forthcoming Congress will provide the opportunity for meeting, communication, and productive collaboration.
