• Suggest ideas for social programmes.
• Help in bid preparation (Composing tailored bid documents and presentation materials).
• Arrange for supporting letters from the Mayor and other official dignitaries.
• Help to organize and support a site inspection by decision makers.
• Implement a public relations campaign to highlight the conference to existing and new audiences.
• Coordinate a sponsored welcoming civic reception for the executive committee of the association.
